I very much enjoy doing marital and premarital couples counseling, helping my clients learn how to communicate better and be kinder to each other. I also strive to help my clients in making meaning from adversity, be more resilient and become better at forming and keeping important relationships. Those who grow more quickly are those who enjoy learning and are open to honest and caring feedback. I take a customized approach with each client I work with. My approach to working with clients includes using Relational Life Therapy along with coaching techniques. My approach is kind and direct. I want my clients to get better as soon as possible.
