Once you've said I/we need help the healing has begun. In a warm collaborative environment we will explore what is keeping you from reaching your full potential within yourself, within your relationship and/or work environment.
I am a Certified EMDR therapist and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. My basic modality is Psychodynamic but I find that EMDR gets to the core of each person's issue faster and more profoundly than simply talk therapy.
I see couples and individuals.
I do not take insurance but I do offer a superbill for clients to submit to their insurance company themselves.
