I approach therapy as an active collaboration. A licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) trained in family systems and Imago relationships therapy, I work with individuals and couples to explore patterns of interaction and the things that might be getting in the way of a better connection. My goal is to help develop strategies—used in session and at home— for creating deeper trust and empathy, stronger connections, and happier relationships. I am licensed in New York, California, and Massachusetts, and do online therapy.
