Step by step self-confidence exercise:
1. Acknowledge your physical feelings
The following keywords will help you to do so, (tingling, heavy, light, warm, cool, floating, relax, loose, or any other word resonate with you)
2. Acknowledge your emotional feelings
The following keywords will help you to do so, (calm, success, happy, joy, confident, free, or any other word resonates with you)
3. Repeat these words you choose 21 times at least once a day
They will help you so much to identify your feelings. Consequently, that will reflect on your confidence level.
This exercise is designed to be practiced by anyone who is passionate about life and desire to make a better life for themselves and others.
4. Being patient is important
Being patient is a very important part of how this exercise will work for you. Give it some time, do not try it or try to rush it or even push it so hard. Just let it be, it has to work its way naturally.
5. Look at the bigger picture
One thing to consider is to practice and associate it with a bigger picture or goal. Do not just do or follow the instructions without being involved personally. You have to let yourself being present and repeat it as many times as you can, no pressure.
I have put myself in your shoes before I even thought of publishing this exercise. So, I hope you will feel my sincere present in this material.
6. Just be yourself
You will experience a different feeling at a different level of your being. Consequently, just allow that to happen, without your interference, analyze, critique, or questioning. All you need to do is just be yourself and it will work for you very well.
The reason I am so confident it will work for you very well because I did it myself and I know from my very humble experience it has to work. It natural, just like every night sleep. You start the process, and before you knew it you will be in sleep.
By allowing yourself to be in touch with your being you are creating a present being instead of absent being. Think about it, when you are present mentally, physically and emotionally your ability to contribute and achieve will be maximized to the ultimate level.
However, if you just ignore your present being immediately you will go into the hyper suggestion state. Where your mind is not yours anymore.
