As a Marriage and Family Therapist I have been trained extensively to work with couples at all stages of their relationships, from pre- marriage to marraige to starting a family to navigating the ups and sometimes terrible downs of a couple's life cycle.
My focus is on the relationship and how to help you rebuilt when trust has been lost, reconnect when communication is difficult and resolve the barriers that have come between you.
I will help you reach the goals that you set for yourselves and help you develop new skills which will speak to the longing that you have for each other and the loss that you may feel.
Gradually with commitment and hard work, your couple will reach new depths of connection both emotionally, and physically.
