Are you in your head worried too much? Are you reactive to those you are close to? Have you lost the security of your most important relationships? No longer have the same dreams, hopes, and ambitions? Your pain is real. Counseling works! I want everyone to know that you don't have to be at your rock bottom to seek help. Everyone benefits from going to counseling! Those you look up to most and you see as being at their very best, see a therapist, and have regular therapy sessions.
In counseling, you build confidence in yourself, become more capable, and ready to lead yourself. I use an emotional focused approach (EFT) to help heal our most important relationships, our marriage, and family. When we feel safe and connected, we have the ability to be our very best selves. EFT helps us break free and turn back towards each other.
Most of the pain, burdens, and ways that we cope are natural ways to protect ourselves from being hurt. Although those ways in which we deal with pain don't always help us long term or in relationships, they have kept us safe and secure. Let me help you, couple relationship, and family trust and love again. Couple and Family time should not suck!
