Hello! I have been in private practice for 20 years working with people ages 16+. I help people with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma and domestic violence. I utilize a cognitive/ behavioral approach, basically change the thinking so you can change the behavior. I always give clients action guides to complete in between sessions. I am offering an online course for just the ladies right now to help get you stable, confident and empowered so you can be available for a healthy, loving relationship. Communication is 98% of a relationship, verbal/ non-verbal, conflict resolution skills, tone and presentation, validation and more. I tend to focus on these issues as that is a core of a successful relationship.
