If you’re feeling anxious, carrying old hurts, or stuck in the same arguments, you’re not alone. Many people I meet look strong on the outside, while inside they’re navigating trauma, grief, addiction, or the ache of abandonment. It’s exhausting to keep coping while bracing for the next wave.

I love working with individuals and couples, including LGBTQ+ partners, who are ready to turn patterns into possibilities. You want calmer days, clearer communication, and a steadier sense of self. Together, we’ll slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and practice new ways of relating that actually stick.

I’m Sheila Trabelsi, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Washington with over 16 years of experience. My approach is practical and compassionate: from Somatic tools to CBT and ACT to quiet anxious thoughts, DBT skills to steady emotions, EMDR and ART coupled with informed-IFS to heal from the inside out, and Gottman Method and informed-sex therapy for a marriage-and-family lens to rebuild trust and connection. My specialties include trauma and abuse, anxiety, transitions, identity & Kink exploration, addiction, infidelity, codependency, and communication.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, connected, and in charge of your life and relationships, I’d be honored to support you. Reach out, and let’s take the next step together to explore what types of sessions are best for you, from individual sessions ($180), extended sessions, and therapy intensives.
