Sara LaRose Wood is a Licensed Professional counselor, supervisor, and counselor educator in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She has her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Regent University as well as an MA in Community Counseling and a BS in Psychology. Sara also enjoys a part-time faculty position at Capella University teaching the next generation of counselors and conducting research on the relationship between spirituality and wellness.
As a counselor, her mission is to minister to the brokenhearted both within and outside of the church and to be a vessel of God's healing, freedom, comfort, and provision for those in need. When it comes to marriages, she specializes in working with spouses of sexual addicts, addressing co-dependency, unhealthy relationship concerns, and providing premarital and marital therapy.
