I am a PACT level 3 clinician, with extensive training using this model of couple therapy. I work with couples who want to enhance a healthy relationship, to those who wonder if their relationship can survive. I strongly believe that you can create the relationship that you want, regardless of your past trauma, difficult childhood, or current circumstances. I work with couples to address issues of intimacy and sex; managing conflict and life stressors, blended families, challenges with children, infidelity and betrayal.
Rather than viewing your struggles as pathological, I see breakdowns in a couple as a normal process that can provide the opportunity and the motivation to learn the rules of a good, secure relationship. You will be given new tools and you will learn new strategies that will help you to better regulate one another and better understand each other's emotional wounds. You will learn how to avoid pitfalls that lead to conflict, to heal each other; to create the relationship that you have always wanted; one that will promote respect, trust, love and security.
