After wholistic examination of the individual components of the relationship and exploring patterns of relationship stuckness, together we create a plan to move from surviving to thriving. Combining my 30 + years of experience, certifications as an Advanced Imago Relationship Therapist, PEX certified couples therapist, ISTI Couples and Sex therapist, AASECT certified sex therapist, EMDR Consultant and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner the coupleś desired outcomes together we agree on interventions to achieve these goals. Combined psychoeducation, in office interventions and daily home practice lead to desired changes.
