I work well with adolescents and adults experiencing OCD, anxiety, panic attacks, specific phobias, trauma, and depression. I also adore helping pregnant and postpartum persons overcome perinatal anxiety, perinatal depression, OCD and just struggling with adjusting to new life with baby. I am trained in DBT, CBT , specific training in perinatal mental health
