My approach to working with relationships is active and directive. I use the latest research based methods of communication, conflict resolution, attachment theory and trust building to help couples resolve conflicts quickly and deepen their connection. Many couples are ill- equipped with the understanding, interpersonal, and communication skills tht are needed to create and maintaine the intimate relationship they desperately want. I draw from multiple evidence-based relationship methods of therapy to include: Gottman, Imago, Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) and The Developmental Model. My goal is to help couples create an emotionally and physically intimate relationship that is built on an interdependent connection.
