Life seems to be going pretty well. You graduated from college, have your first really stable job, and are starting to feel like you've got this whole adulting thing down. But something is missing. You thought you would be happier at this stage in your life but instead you just feel kind of empty. You're looking around and asking yourself "so this is it?". You thought there would be more joy, more excitement, more adventure. Life has gotten bland and you feel stuck.
I am here to help you figure out why you're feeling this way and what's next. So far, our lives have been lived in milestone increments ( 6 years of Elementary school, 3 years of Middle School, 4 years of High School, and 4 years of College). Once that cycle ends and you join the world of adulting, it can be difficult to figure out "what's next". That's where therapy comes in. Together we can figure out what you're lacking in your life and where to go next with it. I use a gentle and supportive style in therapy. Sessions will feel like a conversation with an old friend rather than a stale doctors visit.
