I will begin by inviting you to describe your ideal marriage. Then we will explore the issues that hinder that. I will encourage you to identify instances when one of you gets triggered. We will look at ways of lowering the intensity of your reactivity. I will encourage time-outs and suggest techniques for self-soothing.

In our work together, we will begin each session by exploring any good moments that worked between you. I will suggest homework.

I encourage feedback to me about anything that is not working. We will evaluate progress from time to time. All of my sessions are online.
