My work arises from the developing, expanding science of human emotions. Also, I bring a belieft that we humans are wired to connect. Our ongoing conflicts, distance and disagreements arise from not feeling seen, heard, valued by our partner.
Focusing on your emotional bond, will help you slow down your typical pattern of conflict or avoidance. Explore the negative cycles you get in to, while honoring where you do feel better about each other, and connect. The goal is to get to a deeper, more authentic, vulnerable felt connection with each other. It's quite invigorating, and liberating. Couples really love getting their together.
