Working with couples is what I do. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a virtual practice in New York. I am passionate about working with couples across all stages of their relationships. Whether premarital or prenuptial conversations, marital issues, family challenges, or navigating life transitions, I am here to help you.
I am a native New Yorker with a unique skillset earned over years spent in the professional performing arts, who also understands the challenges of life in NYC. I found that techniques honed in the theatre—active listening, trust-building, and the ability to access deep emotions—have been the basis for rich and productive therapeutic relationships with my clients.
As a systems therapist, I believe each member of a couple plays a part in how your relationship is functioning, and must take responsibility. I am here to provide a safe and supportive space in which both partners are given equal time. Everyone's story must be heard and validated. Together we will design and implement practical solutions to decrease stress in your relationship.
A little bit about my current work: I am on the Mental Health Counseling Staff at Manhattan School of Music, am Adjunct Faculty at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University, and am a Clinical Supervisor at Metropolitan Center for Mental Health.
