They work with clients in a person centered way to help them recognize patterns of thoughts and behaviors which are preventing them from reaching their goals. Erica has had training in several evidence based therapeutic modalities including: Psychodynamic, CBT, ACT, and MBT(Mentalization Based Treatment), which all inform the way in which they approach treatment with clients. They also provide MBT and LMSW supervision, which they were doing at their previous job. Erica has a unique and eclectic style and at times will recommend unconventional techniques or skills completely tailored to their clients.
