I am a solution focused therapist that is interactive and goal oriented working with you to support and provide practical feedback to assist you when you are struggling with personal life challenges and complex relationship issues. I conduct premarital counseling utilizing Prepare/Enrich Program, that builds on strength and offers skill building to work on the growth areas. I offer couples therapy for check ups, major bumps in the road, and discernment counseling. Although solution focused, I also incorporate narrative and experiential techniques as well as Gottman practices. I believe you are the experts on you. I have the tools to assist you.
