It is so important to have the relationship skills needed in order to have a loving, fulfilled marriage that sustains itself throughout a lifetime. Unfortunately, so often people people believe that love is enough and then encounter disappointment and hurt when their expectations, wants and needs are not met. In my practice, we will explore what was learned in original families and the outside world that taught couples how to be in a relationship. Through education of what a healthy relationship looks like and practicing new ways of being, many times we can take the option of divorce off he table and apply our energy to reconstructing a happier, more satisfying way of loving that can be sustained throughout a lifetime.
