While I borrow from a variety of models and methods in my integrative approach, many of the tools and sensibilities I bring to my work with couples come from studying with experts like John and Julie Gottman, Terry Real, and Esther Perel who each bring a unique and complimentary approach that has guided and continues to enrich and deepen my own work with couples.
I am honored to join with the couples I serve to help work through difficult issues, bridge understanding, heal, and co-create healthy and mutually satisfying partnerships that can last a lifetime.
