With over two decades of relationship counseling experience in the Roaring Fork Valley, my approaches are tailored to your unique situation. I work with all phases of relationship, from premarital, issues like infidelity and addictions, and other stress points in a new or a long-term relationship. As well as renewing, clarifying or moving on. I receive ongoing training in the most updated models to support intimate and loving relationships: level two PACT (psychobiological approach to couple therapy), as well as training with Gottmans, Relational Life Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Evolutionary Relationship, EFT. Telehealth available.
