Our lives are full of beginnings and endings, of smaller and larger scale. Some changes are difficult to navigate, some we ignore and some we aren't even aware of. Before a new chapter can begin, one must be able to learn how to navigate through the experience and say goodbye. I facilitate opportunities that provide client's clarity and support with moving forward in the direction they desire. Making room for self-acceptance, more joy and deeper connections. I specialize in working with the marginalized and adults who are going through a process of change & growth, and those navigating difficult life transitions.
Together I work with the client to bring unconscious elements of the psyche into a more balanced relationship and conscious awareness. I use an integrated approach by taking into account the historical, environmental, societal, physical, emotional & spiritual aspects. I support clients with liberating tools to increase relaxation and self-discovery.
Techniques I use, are mindfulness, meditation, imagination, ritual, creativity, mythology, humor, and play to reinforce the unfolding process. Additionally, I incorporate methodologies from western conventional medicine and when appropriate, holistic traditional earth & spiritual based cultures.
