I am trained in the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) as well as Gottman Therapy to bring leading reasearch on attachment, regulation, neurobiology, and predictors of divorce and marital satisfaction to my couple's sessions. I recommend doing 90 minute sessions so we have time to do deeper exploration within session.
I enjoy working with couples at all stages of their relationship.
