Life presents us with circumstances challenging our relationships and ourselves. Therapy can be a catalyst toward discovery of creative and viable solutions, or in the personal work toward acceptance. Through conflicts, opportunities are created. I work with couples to discover opportunity and weave growth and maturity into decision-making.
Couples' therapy is my specialty. Stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar, self esteem, grief, problem solving, communication issues, men's and women's issues, sexual concerns, etc. I work with couples who may be struggling, or perhaps just want to strengthen themselves or their relationships.
I have over 30 years of specialized clinical experience. I completed a doctorate in behavioral healthcare, integrating the healing of body and mind. Diversity always welcomed. I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in both Arizona and Florida.
