Through therapy we can explore and process your life deeper through a collaborative relationship in which I can help you "go down the rabbit hole" and come out with the knowledge you want to empower yourself to live a balanced life where you feel the wellness of your being and the stress you have felt can be transformed into experiences that have taught you instead of hinder you.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and LGBTQ dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, personality disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, work/school stressors, etc. I also help my clients tap into their creativity, empathy, and intuition through different methods including Expressive Arts Therapy.
