My passion is helping couples improve their communication skills and closeness to each other. I am trained in The Gottman Method, which is an effective and goal-oriented treatment to help couples reconnect and improve their trust and commitment to each other. I am a culturally competent, justice-oriented therapist who welcomes LGBTQIA+ clients and POC.
I know it can be hard to ask for help- there can be a lot of shame and stigma attached to therapy depending on your family and culture. My goal is to make you feel safe, supported, and truly understood so you can reach your full potential. My clients appreciate how well I get to know them and truly care.
