I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have a Doctorate in Holistic Nutrition and have been in practice for over twenty years. I use an integrative approach to therapy, combining lifestyle choices with therapy. I approach marriage therapy by learning the history of each person in the relationship to uncover trauma's, values, and beliefs that both people bring to the marriage. Then, using multiple types of tools, not just talk therapy, I help the partners navigate new ways to interact with each other.
I have been married for 34 years and have raised two sons with my husband. Marriage is not always easy but if you want to stay together, it is worth the work and effort to make it a loving, supportive relationship.
