Life pulls us in so many directions, all at the same time, and it is all too easy to become distracted in the busy. Has your marriage lost its sizzle? As a RN of 32 years, an AASECT Certified Sexuality Counselor, & Sexuality Educator, my practice is focused on educating men & women about common sexual body changes experienced throughout life, making recommendations to address the concerns, & guiding couples as they learn new ways to communicate about shared intimacy, health, & pleasure. Couples with sexual problems can get lost in a viscious cycle of physical distancing, loss of intimacy, isolation, & negative thoughts about themselves & their mate.
