As a systemic family therapist, I observe problems within the context of the family. As a therapist using a systemic approach, I believe that the source of the problem originates within the context of the family as a whole, and not merely the individual. It is my hope as your therapist to use this approach to empower you and your family to obtain long-lasting change, as you reveal and learn to alter the generational patterns causing distress in the family system.
