I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern who specializes in treatment of eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, trauma, family and couple issues. I assist client in navigating challenging situations in their lives and helping them recognize and challenge unhelpful patterns. I am dedicated to supporting my clients in their clinical work and helping them uncover their resiliency and resourcefulness.
I am fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian and offer therapy service in these languages. I am trained in a Systemic Therapy, which means I view individuals in the context of their relationships and systems they are a part of. Such an approach allows me to account for uniqueness of each individual and complexity of their relationships, dynamics, and patterns that exist in their lives. I strive to help my client embrace their resiliency in the midst of life’s challenges and create meaningful connections with self and others. Together we will explore how to shift away from destructive relationship patterns and establish more fulfilling connections in your life.
