I’m Dr. Taylor Cunningham, a Psychologist licensed in North Carolina with over 10 years of experience. My work is grounded in attachment, how early experiences shape the ways you connect today and guided by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am warm and calm, but also direct and able to navigate sessions to feel truly effective, I vow to not just not and ask how that makes you feel, but I will certainly still have you dig deeply into the emotional side and underpinnings of what is being said.
