When it comes to couples, I like to take on the task of making sure there is a talk, listen, repeat approach to the therapy sessions. Above all there must be respect too. We have all heard it before, communication is key. So why aren't we communicating? Or in some relationships communicating too much and getting nowhere. Besides learning how to communicate to each other, I like to help couples express emotion and listen to emotion effectively. I am a down-to-earth type of woman and I use a "keep it real" aproach. My personality and my training has helped many clients "keep it real" with themselves, and keep it real within their relationships. The main goal is to heal and grow, so come flutter change with me.
