Marriage is growing and changing as the two individuals grow, their family develops, and life encounters are introduced. Many positive and struggling times happen during a marriage, it is how we move forward that decides if there are conflicts or not. When entering into Marriage therapy, it is a safe place for both parties to be able to speak openly about their feelings, and for the therapist to help you fine-tune the tools you have been using already to re-initiate your communication skills. Marriage therapy is not meant to be painful, it’s meant to be creative, educational, safe. Relationships are complex and at times very challenging and can cause pain. At times when events enter our lives that are complicated couples lose their focus and need help. I am here to help you with my years of experience, combined with your love for each other.
I am a Strength-based therapist and Cognitive Behavioral therapist. This means I help you focus on your communication, strengths, and understanding of what you both already have. You are the guiding vessel of your healing, I am just at the helm to keep you on the right track.
