I’m Steve Whiting, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience. I draw from CBT and DBT to quiet anxious thoughts and strengthen coping skills; IFS to heal attachment and abandonment wounds by getting to know your inner parts; and PACT and conflict resolution to help couples feel safer, communicate clearly, and reduce reactivity. I also work with trauma and abuse, anger and aggression, behavioral issues, and bipolar disorder. Sessions are offered in English.
