I’m Steve Quant, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 9 years of experience. In our work, I blend practical tools with warmth and clarity. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help calm anxious and depressed thoughts, Emotionally Focused Therapy to rebuild connection and safety, and the Gottman Method for concrete skills that change how you talk and listen. I also draw on my training in couples and family therapy to support children and caregivers, and to help blended families grow in trust and respect.
