I especially love working with parents. Raising children, while wonderful, is relentless! It’s basically like carrying a mixed bag of emotions all the time, with almost zero opportunity to process those feelings. As rewarding as parenting can be, it can also take a toll on relationships and on ones own mental wellbeing. I provide parents a time and space to feel heard, and to learn skills that help create balance and joy.
