In my work with couples (and other family members in conflict), I teach my clients to manage conflict, rather than to avoid or fear it. When properly understood and managed, conflict can serve as an essential catalyst for change and growth. I help my clients come to a better understanding of both their own underlying needs, motivations and behaviors, and those of their partners.
With a focus on their strengths, I walk my clients through challenging situations and help them discover their own solutions and directions.
