I facilitate, coach, support and provide psycho-education as tools to address couples in conflict, couples in pain, couples disengaged, couples who love each other and wish to improve communication and skill at connecting, couples dealing with differing opinions.

It makes sense then to invest and make available your personal investment and effort to improving your relationship capacity, understanding of yourself and your partner.
Since being in a good relationship is good for you being in a difficult and stressful relationship puts a strain on all aspects of your being and life.
Having said this, being an individual in a dyad involves skills of self awareness, communication,
emotional attunement that you're with another unique and separate individual from yourself who may from time to time have different wants and needs, emotional reactivity and meanings of how to manage conflict. Knowing when you're triggered and how to navigate and manage your side of things is helpful with a therapist and coach who can see the dynamic at work from both sides of the partnership in real time. I believe receiving outside support provides a holding place for the work that needs to be expressed and tended to and in many cases ease tension at home.
