Sheila Harris-Fitzpatrick, LCPC, “The Relationship Expert” specialize in couples therapy. I draw from many approaches, including Emotional Focused, Solution Focused, IMAGO, Gottman and many other methods. I am a training director for Prepared-Enriched, a premarital and marital assessments tool and skill building program. As a trainer, I help other therapist work with couples to improve relationships. In my work, I focus on helping couples rediscover friendship and togetherness by identifying struggles, create tools and practicing skill to improve their relationships.
