I work holistically with individuals and couples to move through various changes and challenges. Couples therapy with me begins with the creation of a safe space of unconditional respect, non-judgment, and empathetic attunement. From there I will gently guide you and/or your relationship on a journey of self-discovery. Couples will build self-awareness and acceptance through a nurturing therapeutic relationship, inner child work, dream analysis, somatic psychotherapy, and mindfulness practices. I incorporate emotionally-focused therapy to facilitate experiences in relationships that resolve conflict, manage challenges, and rebuild trust and intimacy. I also enjoy my work with couples where one or both partners are in recovery from addiction.
