Living as the most empowered and honest version of ourselves is a vision many of us only dream of or get small moments to experience. Knowing that there is more to life and not being able to reach out and grab it creates hopelessness for many. I am driven to help people who want to wake up, look deeply into the dynamics of their lives and take the reigns to free themselves. Especially when it comes to the places that we are all most vulnerable and the most guarded- our sexuality, our relationships and our families. I strive to find the best in people and help them find it too. I focus on womens sexuality and couples.
Using tools from the Crucible Approach, I guide and challenge clients to find growth in their most difficult situations. I help clients process unresolved trauma that keeps them functioning lower than is their true natural state. My psychology teachers are internationally recognized family, marriage and sex therapists who focus on repairing brain function.
I am committed to seeing people grow, find relief and feel better about the quality of their lives and how they feel about themselves. I will work just as hard as you are willing to work for your own mental and emotional freedom.
