It is important to have physical and mental well-being.Therapy is a process of self discovery and healing and I believe in the process of growth and positive change. It is exciting to help people recognize how to love oneself, feel they deserve to be happier and do the work to make that happen. I provide counseling in a relaxed atmosphere at my private office. I am committed to working together with my clients to establish goals and direction for therapy.
My specialty is in treating adolescents and young adults with a variety of adolescent issues and transition adjustments. I have focused on this population because of my strength in developing rapport with teenagers and young adults. I am currently accepting clients from eleven years of age through adulthood.
My therapy methods are flexible to meet each individual client's needs and goals. I enjoy highlighting people's mind, body and spiritual strengths and using those strengths to help clients move forward in their path of life.
