My training in couples work integrates my master’s degree in positive psychology as well as studying with John and Julie Gottman, the leading researchers on what makes relationships thrive. I help couples to apply the research on what is truly required in thriving relationships to their own real time relationship. I also coach couples to understand and navigate the unique strengths and challenges of their relationship and to hone in on the values that are essential to each individual in the partnership. Through this process we make way for the deepest level of mutual respect and satisfaction.

During the initial session we will clarify your goals for the coaching and envision a clear plan for how we will get there. Then, we will then dive right into the work - so that you both know what to expect moving forward and can begin the progress!
