My role as a counselor in marriage therapy is to guide the couple to a better relationship, through effective communication that ends the conflicting verbal discord, to help them figure out their wants and needs and individuals as well as in their partnership, to be respectful at all times, to improve their intimacy, and gain a deeper understanding of the commitment it takes to do ones individual healing while also improving the partnership.
