In the darkest hour of immeasurable anguish and sadness, one hand to grasp and one heart to listen may be all that is required to see the sun rise again. When I went to therapy during a particularly difficult period in my life, my therapist permitted me to bring my 5-month-old kid with me. This assistance was crucial to me as a new mother at the time. I wish to provide similar assistance to mothers, birthing people, main carers, and others in need.
