Growing up I saw a lot of people who held things around them in place; however, they were broken inside; I saw a lot of couples hold hands and smile publicly; however, behind closed doors, there was abuse, pain, and betrayal. I saw many children with sad eyes living in families where their parents struggled to love them.
I am committed to helping people not just survive but thrive and live in the abundance of peace and happiness. I have dedicated my career to studying and learning different strategies and therapeutic approaches to help people find inner peace and share that peace with their families and communities.
