My clients want to understand what’s underneath the surface so they can move forward on a healing journey. Your struggle deserves a voice and an opportunity to feel hope and calm.
I create the emotional safety for you to travel this path of healing. My background as an attachment and trauma therapist gives me the tools to understand the impact of past experiences on current functioning. The range of approaches I use allows me to provide care best suited for each individual, couple, and family.
