Saffron Lancaster is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with 3 years of experience working with various populations and diagnoses. She is familiar with substance use disorders, crisis counseling, suicide prevention, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, prolonged grief, and anger management. Saffron has worked with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and from various ethnic backgrounds. Her desire to engage and welcome all people allows her to view each client as a whole person deserving of kindness, compassion, empathy, and support.
Saffron received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She draws from approaches including existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, culturally sensitive therapy, and Alderian and humanistic methodologies in a non-judgmental environment.
