Marriage Counseling, Counseling, and Coaching comes from a deep belief that each person has the answer within them to resolve their issues. My approach to counseling is a deep trust that each person wants their inner and outer self to become one. Self discovery is the process of counseling that allows each person to become an authentic person. In counseling I seek to provide a safe space for each person to be true to themselves. To be able to be vulnerable and verbalize their needs and desires in a trusting environment is a necessity for true healing. In counseling I want to provide a place for people to tell their stories and I being the witness of their story is able to validate that they have been heard and been given unconditional acceptance.
